What to expect

The experience will be entirely outdoors, except during the car transfers. We recommend wearing clothing suitable for different temperatures and weather conditions, comfortable shoes, and light bags. You will always be able to leave anything unnecessary in the car. The excursion will be divided into four phases: - Car transfer from your accommodation to the Pompeii Archaeological Site. - Walking tour of the Pompeii archaeological site (2 hours). - Car transfer from Pompeii to the Herculaneum Archaeological Site. - Walking tour of the Herculaneum archaeological site (2 hours). - Return car transfer from the archaeological site to your accommodation. The timings may vary depending on the location of your accommodation and traffic conditions. During high season (June, July, and August), travel times may extend by up to 100%. Weather conditions may cause disruptions, especially with the intense summer heat or winter rains. Our company reserves the right to make changes to this itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Leaving & return

The departure can take place from any location within the cities of Naples, Salerno, Sorrento, and the entire Amalfi Coast, including ports and airports. Our company reserves the right to change the meeting location with the client if the indicated venue is in an inaccessible area, such as narrow streets, pedestrian zones, or restricted traffic areas.

Our standard vehicles are not equipped to transport people with serious disabilities. Please let us know in advance all kind of informations that we should know in advance.

Cancellation Policy

If the chosen option is prepaid, you can receive a full refund only if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours before the start of the experience. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the start of the experience, you will receive an 80% refund. After this period, no refund will be possible.
