The procedures and automations allow you to execute easily any type of operation thankful the web site safety and friendly interface.

Users are allowed to submit or subscribe a personal Account by registering or by entering SHA-512 encrypted credentials or by logging through their Facebook or Gmail account.
Private data is stored in a MySQL database and backed-up daily on remote server, protected by username and password to ensure that no improper manipulation is possible.

Prices

All indicated prices are VAT included.

Payments

Payment can be made exclusively through prior negotiation (Bank transfer, CC top-up, or any other traceable method).

Service Delivery

Reservations will be handled and eventually confirmed within 24 hours.(Except exceptional cases which there isn't any control on them)

Cancellation Policy

The User is able to cancel the Reservations of service at any time, even when has been sent and accepted. Some bookings can have different terms for them to be cancelled and eligible for refund claim or cannot be refundable at all. The action of cancelling a reservation is applicable via mail straight to pompeiitourdrivers at info@pompeiitourdrivers.com or via web site contact page. Won’t be considered any other cancellation request especially if made by phone or text message.
The refund can be claimed once a deposit or full payment has been made.
- If the cancellation occurs no later than 48 hours before the start of the service reservation date, the refund amount will be equal of the amount paid;
- If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours before the servicde reservation date, the refund amount will be equal to the 80% of the amount paid;
- After this deadline, it won't be possible to issue any refund.

Invoicing

Invoices are issued in compliance with the Italian current tax regulations, and once issued, their content cannot be modified.
To receive an invoice, the reservation must include necessary data for Digital Invoice System (SDI or PEC). Alternatively, just a non-fiscal receipt will be issued.
